Under Device there will be frequently asked questions section. Select the dropdown menu next to Am I running the latest version of the Windows OS? What is the latest Windows version?

Can I upgrade from Windows 10 to 11?

If  the units are 4 years or older, and used within the business, then generally they are out of warranty and should be replaced with a new Windows 11 unit. The Microsoft limitations for Windows 11 are 8th gen CPU’s, with some exceptions.
